Hassani Kwess - Meet The Beat That Saved Me (single)

YOUNG-i-Open Mic (All That I'm Given)

This track was something slight I did a couple months ago addressing the open mic scene in DC. I decided to release the track publicly after receiving a lot of questions and concerns about my absence from the music scene. The song is in no way ment to disrespect or defer people from attending or participating in the open mic scene. It is simply my personal sentiment. Love it or leave it.

Legend Rival

Biography:

"
A winner I am, I never accept defeat
leave my mark in this game, and never expect delete
.."

-Legend Rival

A deviant from the normal cookie cutter rappers you hear on the radio, Legend Rival is a character all his own. A resident of the Virginia area, he's ready to leave his mark on the D.M.V. . With subject matter ranging from partying to everyday life struggles, he will leave you with a vibe that will have your ears wondering what's coming next.

Born Nick Seawright in Washington D.C., he was raised in Woodbridge, Virginia since a very early age. He started rapping in the summer of 2006 and it soon turned into a more than just a hobby. From empty parking lots to street corners he draws the attention of anyone who is close enough to listen. At only age 21, this young MC delivers with a flow that transcend beyond his years. Some of his influences include: Wale, Lupe Fiasco, Chamillionaire,  Nas, and the DC based MC, Phil Ade. Currently, Legend Rival is working on his mixtape entitled 'The Arrival'. Stay on the lookout for this new addition to the hip hop community!
